Charles P. Abraham, BBA, CA
President & CEO

Charles, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University, is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He articled with Price Waterhouse and has held progressively senior roles within the high-technology sector. His 20+ year career has included executive positions within a networks company, a digital imaging and workflow provider as well as an internet based merchant acquirer and transaction processor.

Marcus Dagenais, BA, MIB
Director, Sales and Marketing

Marcus, who holds a Master of International Business from Bond University, returned to the Caledon team in the spring of 2008 taking on the role of Sales Manager. Previous to this, Marcus was involved in many projects as a consultant with Grant Thornton LLP specializing in lean management and productivity improvement. His unique professional experience also includes work in the corporate show production industry, sales experience in the institutional finance and hedge fund industries, as well as both merchant service and project management roles at Caledon Card Services. In December of 2009, Marcus was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing.
