PCI Compliance

Caledon continues its strict adherence to PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance requirements by completing an annual on-site security audit process for Level 1 Service Providers. At inception of this compliance program, Caledon was the first processor in Canada to be Certified as PCI compliant.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of comprehensive requirements concerning the security and protection of sensitive payment card data. Customers of Caledon can rest assured that all data is collected, transmitted, and stored within our secure processing environment.
