 Ian Rankin | General Manager
 
Ian has been associated with Caledon Card Services in various capacities for over ten years and assumed the role of Chairman and General Manager in mid 2010. He brings a wealth of management experience from many years of serving companies in the mining, engineering, distribution, graphics, financial and manufacturing sectors in both the United States and Canada. His focus is to help grow the company's solid North American client base and expand its product offerings and services to the ever expanding 'card-not-present' worldwide marketplace. He is a graduate of both Wilfred Laurier University and the University of Western Ontario.
 
 
 
 

Marcus Dagenais | VP, Business Development
 
Marcus, who has absorbed a lifetime worth of payments industry experience through his father Don, returned to the Caledon team in the spring of 2008 taking on the role of Sales Director. Previous to this, Marcus was involved in many projects as a consultant with Grant Thornton LLP specializing in lean management and productivity improvement. His unique professional experience also includes work in the corporate show production industry, sales experience in the institutional finance and hedge fund industries, as well as both merchant service and project management roles at Caledon Card Services. In July of 2011, Marcus was promoted to Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for current major accounts, prospecting new business as well as Caledon’s marketing budget. A graduate in Political Science from the University of Guelph, Marcus also holds a Master of International Business from Bond University in Queensland, Australia.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Margaret Thibodeau | Solutions Engineer
 
Margaret Thibodeau has more than twenty years of experience in the delivery of payment processing solutions.   Past roles include systems analyst, project manager, and manager of consulting services, development, and Quality Assurance groups. Since joining Caledon Card Services as a Project Manager in April 2002, she has been involved in the development and deployment of new service offerings and customer specific solutions. Margaret is focused on the delivery of quality solutions which satisfy our customers’ needs and follow industry standards.   She works directly with our sales group, partners and major customers in defining both business and technical requirements to then engineer appropriate solutions.
 
 
 
 

Brad Hazledine | Manager, Information Technology
 
Brad has over eleven years experience in the financial processing industry and has overall responsibility for all of Caledon's networks, systems, and production processes. He ensures that the company is constantly PCI compliant and all networks and client information are totally secure. His in-depth knowledge extends to  Caledon's  airline 'buy-on-board' systems, all utility payment systems,  all electronic payment systems, as well as our main authorization engine. Brad is also responsible for the effective delivery of Caledon's newest 'Tokenization' solution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Jennifer Antonacci | Manager, Merchant Services
 
Jennifer has over 13 years of merchant services experience in the payment processing industry.  Prior to joining Caledon Card Services in 2001, she worked for BCE Emergis (now CT Payments) as a Card Services Analyst.  Demonstrating an ever-increasing in-depth understanding of our payment systems from both the merchant and end user perspectives, Jennifer has become a valuable member of our organization. A friendly voice familiar to almost all of our clients, Jennifer now manages our merchant services department and assists with the sales process by providing production systems expertise.
