Don R. Dagenais
Chairman
In a career spanning more than thirty years, Don has worked and lived many exciting projects - from contracting mainframe data centre management, to building host security systems for the U.S. Navy, to building the first computer enabled call centre in North America. Since co-founding Caledon Computer Systems in 1983, Don has taken the company in several directions as the IT industry changed and market dictated. In the early 1990's, he identified a market niche to provide integration services and quality software solutions to the merchant industry for payment processing. Thus was born Caledon Card Services.

Karen A. Dagenais
Secretary
Karen brings more than 30 years business experience to Caledon Card Services; in marketing, product management and credit services. Before co-founding Caledon Computer Systems, Karen worked with several international organizations, including Zenith/HeathKit and International Multifoods.

Charles P. Abraham, BBA, CA
President & CEO
Charles, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University (1987), is a member of both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (1990) and the Institute of Corporate Directors (2004). He articled with Price Waterhouse and has held progressively senior roles within the high-technology sector. His 18+ year career has included positions such as Controller of a business networks company; Vice President, Finance of a digital imaging and workflow provider; as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of an Internet based merchant acquirer and transaction processor.

Vincent Roopchan
Director, Sales
Vincent has over 10 years payment industry experience, including prominent roles with Visa Canada, Scotiabank, and Chase Paymentech Solutions.

Stephen has over 22 years Sales/Management experience, prior to joining Caledon Card Services in 2006, including senior roles with Weston Bakeries, Bank of Montreal, and Moneris Solutions.
